CANCELLATION Policy

Please note that the cancellation policy here only applies to reservations made through our website. If you have made a reservation to stay with us through another platform (e.g. airbnb.com, booking.com etc.) please see the cancellation policy on that platform.

You may cancel your reservation with us at any time, according to our villa cancellation policy by sending us an email to reception@etesianvillas.com with your Name, Surname, IBAN, Swift Code/BIC, Date of Reservation and Villa Name or your Booking Reference.

Cancelled reservations will receive a refund, regardless of your reasons for cancelling, depending on the days left before your stay. We consider the date of cancellation to be the date on which we receive written notification by email.

The required time to complete the transaction may vary depending on your bank and banking fees and charges will be charged to you.

More than 45 days to booking: Complete Refund

15 - 45 days to booking: 50% Refund

14 days to booking: 100% of total cost
